Entertaining Trip to DC,Baltimore

On yet another weekend trip along with my friends, I decided to take them to Baltimore. As I have already been there, framed my mind as a guide for them to the National Aquarium in Baltimore.
Baltimore is about 3 hour from our House, so the commute isn't bad. Driving into the city was fun because it's so very different than our nation's Capital. The area around the harbor along Chesapeake Bay was particularly impressive & worth watching.

After a long drive and hunt to park we finally found a place close to the Aquarium to rest our car and get along with the fun!!!.

The first thing I finalized to take them was to the Dolphin show. Wow it was fabulous, with amazing stunts from such sweet loving creatures GOD has created.
The announcement came up with some slide showing a baby Dolphin that was born recently so the excitement was unfolding added to this was the great game show which was performed by the rest of the Dolphins and they were simply awesome. One thing which amused me was the long jump- around 21 feet to touch a hanging ball from the dome above.

The trainers doubled our enthusiasm with their appealing smiles and made us clap and laugh. Of course More applause t those wonderful mindful little brainy creatures which stole everyone heart.

Hanging around with the great show we proceeded to watch different aquatic lives….
True with the caption displayed” If there is magic on this planet, it is contained in water
Watch out the snap while I came out of the Giant Pre-Historic Shark mouth.

Well there is always more to explore at this place, even after visiting for the second time in the same year, I had fun at aquarium.
Then we drove back to our Hotel and on the way as I got the appreciation for the guidance, was filled with joy and now I feel that Baltimore has more to offer…not to miss the company of these guys……

Times flies off and so does the sleep befalls.. :-)

Broken Pieces

My dear in every room of our time together there is a box, for all the memories that we shared together, now it is the time to pack away those beautiful memories, with lot of sadness, pain and with lot of care. The first one is a simple & yet beautiful smile, whenever i was thinking about you, i tired to neatly fold into four, and that's the best that thing which I could do. Next are all the memories & moments spend with you, of the times when we were two & spent time together, wrapped with lots of love one by one, and is sealed with tears as glue. And then there are the butterflies all around, which I had when you were near & close, and now they are trapped in a cage of sadness & in dark, and locked up with a tear. Next are the times we kissed & looked into each other eyes, each of which are now wrapped with a sigh, placed next to a rolled up list, of all the times I've asked myself why.....why this separation? Now had to pack a...

ISKON Temple Visit

Am a very ordinary person to write about Krsna & his leela. Iam not a great devotee of Krsna but my visit to west virgina & burnaby ISKON(The International Society for Krishna Consciousness ) temples made me attract towards the lordship of universe ie. Krsna. A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada is the founder acharya of the hare krishna movement, even though i have a half baked knowledge about the guru, his life is inspiring for lakhs of devotees across to world. The temple, like the other shrines of ISKON, has been constructed with the prime mission of spreading the messages encapsulated in Bhagwad Gita, the sacred book of the Hindus.Numerous Krishna devotees from across the globe flock to different ISKON temples to soothe themselves in the holy sanctum. The first time when I went along with my parents & my elder brother my heart was filled with over joyful happiness listening to kirtans, pravachans and aartis performed by the temple ,which are particularly attended by dev...

FORGIVE WHEN YOU CAN’T FORGET

“ Forgive ,” they say. “Even if they aren’t asking for it. Forgive. Do it for yourself.” -- I don't know who said it but it has pretty powerful impact on my life. It’s good advice given by many at times in my life. Forgiveness is a powerful act which doesn’t free the guilty party, but frees the victim from being held captive by the past actions of another. It doesn’t undo the event which caused that terrible pain. It doesn’t cause someone to forever forget. It simply creates the possibility for healing to begin. But what happens when you try to forgive and it doesn’t seem to work? You want to move on, but you can’t. You’re stuck. One of the great misconceptions about forgiveness is that it can happen in one dramatic act, nah it doesn’t, the ramification is so hard hitting at times. The thought is that we can have a powerful moment and forever be done with the situation. Some stand on a mountain, look up at the vast night sky, and make the decision to forgive the o...
