Fighting With Being Alone

Alone,lonely,lost,pain....just this words scares me to heights. Being alone & being in pain is the worst thing in life.i suspect the pain of being alone is a universal human experience. Unfortunately, no relationship can relieve the pain of being permanently alone. Even in the best of relationships, there always comes a time when our friends, family, and partners are not available and we are alone. If we seek out relationships or stay in relationships because we can't deal with being alone, the time we are in fact alone can be unbearably painful. And the time we are with someone will be bittersweet because we will know on some level that we will be alone again soon. Though my interpretation of being alone is much more than what anyone can think of(people around me will never come to terms when i say iam alone...!) Fear of being alone can make you feel very insecure. When we are alone we tend to feel as if we need to be around people at all the times. Fear of being alone ca

PAIN

It is difficult to delineate a concrete definition for pain but let me describe both mentally and physically. We see pain portrayed in many ways in films from frightening to suspenseful and even comical. But there is always a gigantic difference between all of them.I have experienced pain in different ways, infact everyone has to go through the cycle of this pain in their lifetime.Pain is good because it gives us understanding of what BAD is all about. Its the badness, the unpleasantness, the horrible emotions that are evoked when we feel pain that makes it work so well.Pain can even be mysterious,a mystery whichis sloved but not accepeted. When i mean not accepted again i emphasize both mentally and physically.physically a pain is like pushing needles up into your foot.just to understand what is pain is,a defination from encycolopeidia -- "Pain is the body's warning system, alerting youthat something is wrong. itas an unpleasant experience associated withactual or potential tissue

GRANVILLE ISLAND - Vancouver Experience

If someone asked me watz my favorite place in Vancouver is for evening stroll, I’d say GRANVILLE ISLAND. It has everything I love fresh vegetables, fruits, seafood, good coffee and outstanding flowers, shops to browse in, restaurants, artist's workshops and it's located in a very picturesque spot,False Creek. As we went(my & me) for just a stroll, it was re-freshing evening for us. We already explored the place last week itself but as we both had a hectic week we just wanted to rejuvenate our self with a pleasant evening walk. YES this place will really clam down your senses. As I was tired of market place(place where fresh organic food is available) we started towards the seawall called False Creek. It’s just a re-freshing thing to do after a bad working week for my le & me. The creek gives fantastic views of the city and mountains.Just as we enter island after 5min of walk there is this place for kids called: The Kids Only Market (1496 Cartwright), stuffed full of eve

ISKON Temple Visit

Am a very ordinary person to write about Krsna & his leela. Iam not a great devotee of Krsna but my visit to west virgina & burnaby ISKON(The International Society for Krishna Consciousness ) temples made me attract towards the lordship of universe ie. Krsna. A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada is the founder acharya of the hare krishna movement, even though i have a half baked knowledge about the guru, his life is inspiring for lakhs of devotees across to world. The temple, like the other shrines of ISKON, has been constructed with the prime mission of spreading the messages encapsulated in Bhagwad Gita, the sacred book of the Hindus.Numerous Krishna devotees from across the globe flock to different ISKON temples to soothe themselves in the holy sanctum. The first time when I went along with my parents & my elder brother my heart was filled with over joyful happiness listening to kirtans, pravachans and aartis performed by the temple ,which are particularly attended by dev

Stanley Park - Vancouver Experience

Vancouver is know for its scenic beauty and lots of parks, clubs, libray and of course warm welcoming people. And the best place to visit is Stanley Park, you can't go wrong when you are here....! Stanley Park is the grand daddy of all parks in Greater Vancouver. Known around the world, and why it shouldn’t be...a beautiful 1000 acre park that's almost smack dab in the middle of Vancouver. I suggest everyone to start off by doing a loop around the park. There is an option of drive, or but if you're feeling energetic, try taking a walking like me...!If speed is your thing, you can rent a bike or rollerblades at stores near Georgia and Denman Street. I prefferd walking as it was good to burn my calories, which i was putting sitting most of the time in office & having 5-6 tins of minute maid apple juice...hahaha.... All through my walk i observed lots of people preferring to jog or on skates. The park is about six miles around and you'll see many of the landmarks on way.

My Friends In Vancouver

Neelima & Suresh As said earlier it was through chandana I came to know about suresh & neelima. I was always under the impression that this couple is surely going to help me a lot in my stay…and as a divine blessing they always nurtured me a lot as a guest, friend…it would have been very hard days without there support & friendship…it was a blessing & my wish to meet such pure to heart couples…words are few to tell about such people and they are few more whom played more than important role in my life…maybe iam exaggerating about all my friends but it remains a fact that they can never replace anyone…! Suresh is a very calm and reserved person…good with advice and sensible talk, made me relate with him a lot….neelima on the other hand is same like me…dependable, very protective, temperate & more importantly caring like a sister, mother… J Oh nishwan oops…the name states the all…like a fire he is in jiffy always…an adorable kid always smiling & ready to play with m

My First week in Vancouver

Firstly let me start with my misadventure at the immigration office. It was one of the bad experiences i had at Canadian port. They grilled me for about half hour about my stay, they were suspicious about why was i staying for such a long period, after complete questioning i was given a green signal to enter the city...for first one week i was staying in hotel Victoria, which almost 3 blocks away from the office 855 homer street. It was pretty fine but the only regret was staying alone all through the day over the weekend. Soon after checking into the hotel, was ready to hit the road. It was love at first time with the city atmosphere, people and of course different cuisine. Didn’t know wat to have as all the things seems to be tasteless when compared to Indian spicy food, so I had to add extra chilly, pepper in the food to get adjusted…Though first week in office was not hectic it made me feel better with the style of working and getting along with my colleagues. Love

Love thats a pretty tough word to define but the most difficult thing to handle at times. It can ruin or make life.I've discovered that different people define love differently. I know some who find that love means accepting people for exactly who they are with there flaws and all.I know others who define love as a possession.I know others who define love as meaning you have to forgive, whether you want to or not, whether the person you care about is sorry or not. Yes, once again I fall victim to Love. But the love has some deep grain of truth. In my case, the truth is the fact that there are many different kinds of love. We often think of marriage as being the result of being in love. When you are in love, we couple the deep feelings of affection, fondness and sexual attraction all rolled into one.love as that state that exists in the first few months of any new and profound relationship.Love ages. Love grows. Love evolves. Love develops. Love doesn't just end or magically evap
